Testing steps:

1. Pig swab to collect pig manure; sample size control as shown.

2. Insert the swab into the sample tube (containing 1 mL of diluent)；

3. Sample and diluent sample mixed, fully extracted;

4. Remove the reagent plate from the foil pouch and place it on a dry, stable surface.

5. Using disposable pipettes, aspirate the sample extract from the sample tube.

6. Drop 4 drops of sample extract into the sample well. Note: Add slowly!

7. Just started reacting, and you can see the purple moving over the central window of the result window. If there is still no band to move after one minute, add another drop of extract to the sample well.

8. For better results, detect 5 diarrhea excretions per field.

9. 5 to 10 minutes to determine the results, more than 20 minutes, do not determine the results.

Interpretation of the results：

1) Ribbon appears on the left of the result window as a quality control line, indicating that the test operation is correct. The right part of the window is the test line to indicate the experimental result. If the purple band appears, the sample contains the porcine epidemic diarrhea virus antigen.

2) Invalid results If the test operation is completed, the purple line does not appear, the result is invalid. May be caused by improper operation, it is recommended to re-test.
